Love the culture! Everyone is super nice and very approachable. Every single person in the team are the most hard working people I've met and they always give their best to provide a better quality service. I like the way the management are giving everyone an option to either work from home or coming in to the office which is only a block away from Union Station. Excellent perks and free lunch Friday is a great way for employees to sit together and catch up on things outside work. I love Sarah she's a ray of sunshine!

When looking for a job, culture was a really big one for me. You spend most of your time at work, so the culture of a work place has a big impact on you - mentally, physically and emotionally. I've worked at RKON for a little over 2 years, and no other company even compares to the culture at RKON.

Everyone is heard, seen and it is like one big family. Management cares when you come to them with ideas and suggestions and they take the time to find a solution. RKON cares about their employees. Even with the pandemic and working from home, RKON did not skip a beat to make sure everyone felt included, involved and have the same homey feeling pre pandemic.

RKON is more than just an 8-5 job. It is like their own little community who wants to help other (ie. volunteering opportunities), great customer service and where employees are encouraged to grow within the company and whose voices matter. 5 stars!

Pretty disappointed in the human beings that watched me deliver their 3 cases of water(40ct) and two cases of soda (35ct) from costco. I offered to place it inside and was told if i could place it in the kitchen. Didnt want to be rude and say no and so i did. But us delivery drivers arent suppose to do that. Not only that but i got tipped two dollars. Thank you sarah. This situation made me feel pretty bad.
