We have used this company when we bought our home and now again for a piece of land we just purchased and want to consolidate with our home. BILL is great! Both times they have been out earlier than expected, it's so fun to see what our actual boundry looks like. They are professional and absolutely fair pricing! Bill has provided all details on how to consolidate. Everything is professional. We will always use this company for our needs and have recommended them to anyone needing thier land surveyed. 😀

This gentleman did a survey for several years ago. I was happy with the job he did. I have returned to ask him for another survey. He remembered me and the work he did although we had not seen one in many years. He was organized and pulled up my old file, helped me map the job, gave me a cost estimate which I thought was reasonable, gave me a timetable, and educated me on corresponding documentation. I thought he was trustworthy and respectful and i gave him a key to my place to enter in my absence. I liked his professionalism and personality.

Fast professional and responds to questions. Helpful. Originally I hired a different survey company. and now I really regret that.
Because if I had hired Rincon Associates first to mark out my property and survey. I could have saved so much frustration and time and could have been done with the building part by now. But I hired some other company I won't mention Because I don't want to be negative or be "that guy."
My point. I want to make is that this company is prompt. They didn't give me excuses, they got it done. They sent the documents and made me wish I had called them first.
CALL THESE GUY'S FIRST! If I had called them first I'd have saved thousands of dollars. Instead I ended up paying twice for a land Survey/ corner marking. Because the first company I called, was terrible and didn't respond with any effort or send any documents or maps. 5 months all i got promices and the runaround. The one time they called me right back when I fired them!
So I'm hoping my experience will help you.

They do the job and made this part of the process easy because it shouldn't be a nightmare just to get one part of a long project, out of the way. So you can proceed the next. I am trying to build my own house. I wish I had called these guys first. Rincon is who I'd recommend from my experience. They where a thousand times better than the other guys.
