Worked fast and efficiently had the whole job done in 2 days! Did a pretty good job with clean up. Even put in our vent for our bathroom we hadn't gotten to yet when we asked! Make sure of your materials upon arrival. Color was not correct. Looks nice but not what we had chosen.

From the first visit to the install of 10 windows in an 85 year old house, everything went smooth. It was a very cold day of install but those guys did not stop until done. All the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and great to be around.

Wow! We dealt with Dalton when buying some windows and other accessories, he was such a great help! He worked with us to get a good deal and made it super easy! I’ve done new build construction so I’m tedious about finishes and quality, these guys really take the cake.

On 23 of October I was going to get a sunroom put on the back deck. Signed and gave a large down payment to even get on the schedule. The next day I canceled for many reasons plus my health. It was bad timing and decided to cancel and wait for another time. It is now the 11 of Dec and after faxing and certified letter to cancel per the law and contract. Rich Copus, the owner is not returning my large deposit. It was suppose to be due to return at the 15 of November! I am a Disablied older lady that lives on my own. Please return my money to me Rich.

We had our roof and gutters done with these guys was supposed to be done in a week it took over two weeks they didn’t show up when they said they were going to they damaged our siding. The gutters we got in less than 6 months were falling off. They have been avoiding our calls and msgs to fix something they are liable for. I do not suggest using them!

Had new windows installed and very disappointed with the quality of the product. I Do Not recommend this company. First off with the price they quoted me, roughly $20,000 for 11 average windows, I was expecting them to replace the windows by completely removing the old ones to install new ones. Nope, just removed the old window panes and left the old casings as the new frames. Second, they bragged up that this product is the highest quality. As you can see in the pictures just a few of the quality issues from gaps in the seals to ripped screens. At least half of the windows have things to be repaired. Third, they did come with a 50 year warranty but when I contacted them about repairs, I was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks before they contacted me back! Really?!?!? 4 to 8 weeks to be contacted to fix brand new windows? Finally, fourth thing, way over priced. Once I saw the quality and installation process I know I could have done it myself for a fraction of the cost. At least the installation crew did a good job.

Update: It has now been over two weeks since they replied to my previous review stating that they “would contact me right away” and I have not heard anything from them. I guess why would they, they already have the money. Maybe they don’t care that bad reviews cause them to actually lose business.

Another Update: 4 weeks now and still have not heard back from the owner. I even contacted the company about it over a week ago. So it’s been over 8 weeks since initial install and I still have windows I can’t open because of bad screens.

I don’t know what to say, it’s been half a year…had multiple conversation with this company, they blamed it on the glass makers, the issue still stands on the fact that we bought the life time warrantee and yet, nothing happened when we even had calls with the owners. The evidence speaks for itself.

Reply: not quite sure how to reply, but you have been talking to my brother Fue about our window installation’s in January. I am following up on the lack of action taken to get new windows and I find the inability of your company to follow up on the contract of our lift time warranty appalling.

Great work they took my ideas for a remodeled kitchen righ out of my mind set and completed it in reality. It is just gorgeous. Very prfessioal and cleaned up after themsemselves. My kitchen is my dream kitchen .they also installed vinyl plank flooring in the whole which just added to the amazing job they did.thank you soon much
