Rick doesn’t show up on time. He’s always 10+ minutes late. Or he calls 1 minute before he’s supposed to be here to cancel. Or sometimes he just shows up announced.

He isn’t professional, nor did he do a good job on anything. He supposedly fixed our back gate, but it still doesn’t open without having to lift the whole gate up.

I don’t trust him in my house without being supervised. He shows a total lack of professionalism.
