I called them to come look at our Central Air system. They spent less than thirty minutes on my property removed 4 screws looked at everything and told me it would need to be replaced and they would call me with a quote in a day or two. I waited over a week before having to calling them to get the quote on a new unit. They quoted me an astronomical amount, double compared to 2 other reputable HVAC companies quoted me. I feel it’s because I’m a woman and they are trying to take advantage.

I should know better not to use a company who is not associated with the Better Business Bureaus and has such a low google reviews!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is more of a warning. They definitely got the job done but the quotes and billing are ridiculous. When we first called we told them we needed a complete toilet replacement. They sent someone out to still check it. And the guy even said it needed to be replaced. In and out in 10 mins. Told us for a new toilet it would be between 200-300 plus some labor. Ok cool. Day of they brought the wrong toilet seat and had to leave and go get the other one. Told we wouldnt be charged for that. Also was told that the other guy he brought with him was just "along for the ride"., to help for another job after ours. Get a bill in the mail for almost 800. Called to see why it was so much. Apparently for his 10 minute inspection that was 153. They charged us for the mishap with the seat and they charged us a labor fee for both guys. The labor was almost 200 per person per hour. Plus the cost of the seat and other materials. Was told they would call us back when they talked with the guy. Went on 2 weeks without a call back. Had to call them again after getting another bill from them. I understand businesses are busy. Overall they basically said that we were lying that the plumber never said any of those things. And they are not adjusting anything. Beware when using them, get all the charges figured out first. They do good work but are sneaky when it comes to charges.

They seemed very helpful through the process, even helped me design the bathroom so it was ADA compliant, or so I thought. When the inspection came it turned out the door they specified was too small, but they refused to take any responsibility. Don't trust them, they do not stand behind their word.

They worked around my schedule to come repair my ac unit. The techs were on time and finished quickly. They explained everything they were doing and what to look for to prevent further issues. Great people.

Sure they got the job done and were pleasant enough to interact with but was given a completely false quote, ridic expensive, never again. Office staff was nice too.
