Richard has been completing overdue home improvement projects for my family. He has been working with my mom and dad knowing that they are on a fixed income and providing reasonably priced services. He is kind and courteous and provides education to keep the house maintained as he continues to make home improvements.

Mr. Richard & his son Joe, talk about PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE, there very helpful! My husband and I moved to bakersfield and unfortunately somebody broke into our house and broke our door....Mr. Richard and his son JOE were very punctual and very knowledgeable about what we should do and very confident about what they are talking about as well as informing us on what is wrong with our window / wall. He also does painting and next week he will be painting our daughter room! THANK YOU MR. RICHARD AND JOE. YOU ARE OUR ME AND MY HUSBANDS GO TO🤘

Hello this is Angel from Eastom plastering. I do work for a lot of builders, but there are only few of them that I recommend. This two guy’s Mr. Richard Russell and his son Joe are one of them any work I do for them they make my life so easy , how clean they keep the area, they don’t cut corners they use the best materials. Anything you need starting from changing a door knock or remodeling your bathroom your kitchen your entire house. All the way to building you a new home call RICHARD RUSSELL CONSTRUCTION .
