Horrible experience. Beware using Tom. Quoted me 6k for a roof leak through insurance. 3 years to the day I had a horrible leak again in the same spot. Go up to the roof to see the repair and I see the worst looking roof patch job I’ve ever seen. Photos are attached to this review. Tom responded with sorry you only get a year on patch work. Guess he expects people to pay 6k for a 3 year job. Super disappointed, will always stray people away from him.

Extremely unprofessional construction company. They came to see the house for an estimate and promised they would provide me with an estimate in a week or so. I called them at least 6 times over the span of 2 months asking for my estimate and was given nothing but excuses and empty promises that they would give it to me tomorrow. They completed wasted my time and I shouldn't have to constantly chase them down and beg them to take my money, ridiculous. It just shows that if they were hired, they probably would neglect to do the work. I guess I should have considered myself lucky then. Stay far away from this company!
