I initially hired Luis Reza and Rezas Construction to remodel a bathroom. He and his team did so great that we hired them to remodel our entire house! Paint, roof, cement work, footings, deck, railings, windows, doors, flooring, everything. He also has a lot of good connections to help you finish any job. Luis is very reliable and a great person to work with. There is nothing he and his guys can’t do! Over the time we worked together I gained a lot of trust in Luis and would 100% hire him again and again. I cannot say enough great things about Rezas Construction. Thank you!!

I recently hired Rezas Construction to paint the exterior of my mountain home in Big Bear City, CA. The team did an incredible job from preparing the surface including sanding, cleaning, caulking to clean up. I had left furniture on the deck, firewood and more next to the house. They moved it out of the way to do their work and put it back when done. They even had to work around my hot tub.

The house was in rough shape as it had been needing a paint job for a number of years. I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I used Rezas Construction to remove and replace the roof on our cabin. They were professional, punctional, and affordable. They started precisely as promised and finished ahead of their estimated completion date. Cleanup was meticulous and the final product is outstanding. Luis and his team did an outstanding job on our last minute plea to fix our leaky roof. In a short amount of time, he and his team finished a complete tear off (1800 sq ft), repaired leaky roof and rotted siding, built a new pitch to prevent future leakage, and installed new shingles. Price was reasonable. We are thrilled with how our roof looks.

I did not hire these guys but have been watching them dump trash and excess materials into a ditch I live next to and they have been doing this for the last 3 years. when I asked them to stop or clean it up I got threatened and they tried to follow me home to do God only knows what to my house or to my dog they have no respect for our community or following and sort of policies or rules so please in the interest of keeping big bear beautiful don't hire these guys
