Haven’t used this company, but if I needed to after the phone call that I just had, I would.

After calling the home office/call-center and speaking to one of the associates regarding the unsafe driving of a vehicle with their logo and phone number on it, I was immediately forwarded to the supervisor of that department/regional office in Texas. The supervisor just so happened to be driving that truck, and immediately apologized for what was really being set up for failure by Apple Maps not taking consideration into what exits and on ramps you should take… And I think we’ve all been through that headache.

All things considered, it really wasn’t his fault, and my feedback was solely based on the fact that I myself personally had this situation as the driver of a wrapped vehicle years ago.

Management and ownership shared the feedback, and I drove safe from then on out… At least in the company vehicle.

The supervisor of that particular office was very professional, apologized, and sounded extremely sincere. Very appreciative of the assistance from corporate and I would suggest this company… and that supervisor in particular… to anyone needing their services.
