Lino and his crew were great! Best price of several bids and they worked extremely fast, with quality work. Had an issue with sprinklers caused by some machinery and Lino stepped up and handled it, no questions asked. He even personally came by to help get some smaller parts of the old deck hauled away. We are so happy we used Residential Concrete Works to upgrade our outdoor space and invested in our home, it looks so much nicer. Don't hesitate, get it done!

I had two companies come by our home and then a third; Residential Concrete Works. When Residential came by for the estimate, we met Rick, our salesperson. He was a very professional and personable person also giving me the background of the company so, based on those factors, we decided to go with this company. We were not disappointed in any way. They arrive on time, make quick work of things and their work is superb. They are respectful of your home, upon arrival until the job is complete. Now, remember this is concrete. My experience with this company was great. The owner Lino is honest, prompt and focused on delivering a great customer experience. I first contacted Residential Concrete Works in early February 2017 for a quote. I received quotes from 5 different contractors and Lino's quote was the best value. He arrived at my house on time, efficiently measured and helped me plan the patio and concrete I wanted completed. After gather all of the data and understanding my needs he went to his truck and within 5 minutes he provided my quote. 3 weeks later I received approval from my HOA and I called Residential Concrete Works on a Sunday morning expecting to get a voicemail. To my pleasant surprise someone answered the phone, and scheduled my job for the following Friday. When Friday morning came around is when the magic started. Lino and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. These guys were amazing. Everyone had a task and they worked their tasks with precision. They quickly transformed dirt and empty space into a beautiful concrete patio and walkway. I am satisfied with the product and will recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work. I am not impressed easily, but these guys did a spectacular job and really impressed me and my wife. Do yourself a favor and call them right now and schedule an estimate, you will be glad you did when you get the great customer service, great patio, and a GREAT price.

We chose the right company to replace our driveway!

We are really happy with the efficiency and quality of Lino and his crews. We are impressed that it looks fantastic and that they were done in a little over half a day!

Lino and a crew of five showed up on time and started removing the old driveway without wasting a minute. The old concrete was hauled away in multiple vehicles so there was no delay waiting for one truck to keep taking loads away. The surface was prepped nicely, the steel wire put in place and concrete was being poured in about two hours!

The first crew apparently moved on to another job and another crew was seamlessly in their place doing the finishing work. We were quite surprised at their efficiency and the finished driveway looks fantastic.

We presumed this would be a two full day process but they did a wonderful job in about six hours.

We highly recommend Lino and Residential Concrete Works.
