Worst experience. We rented a two piece of equipment from these guys and both were broken. Never called me back. I had to call over 3 times and go in person twice before someone would talk to me. Never got compensated for either piece of faulty equipment.
Cost us two days on our Job and had to use United rentals in Medford.
Would never rent anything from them.

I rented the stump grinder. It worked like new. The rental associate Charlie was so very helpful. He hooked up the trailer and checked it thrice just to make sure it was snug and secure. The big guy Bodie loaded that heavy grinder making it look easy and made sure it was gonna ride like a caddy. Adam who could only be the manager made sure i got the best service I could by crackin the whip on those lil guys keeping them sharp and on their game. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my equipment rental and i would recommend Rental Guys to everyone i know!

We had our first experience with the Rental Guys in Yreka. We rented a E45 Excavator to clean off garbage and move dirt from our Mt. Shasta property. Adam was very professional and gave us a very good deal for a week rental. All went real smooth with delivery and pickup and the machine performed great the whole time. I would highly recommend the Rental Guys for any heavy equipment rental need, and we will surely use their services again.

I've been renting equipment from rental guys since they opened their Yreka location. Although there isn't a huge selection of equipment, they do have enough for most of my day-to-day needs. They also provide excellent customer service and have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. The boys at work there are hard-working, courteous, and knowledgeable about their equipment. Prices are very reasonable and they will give you some leeway on return times (just don't go way above or you going to be paying that extra cost).
