Remodeling Solutions did our kitchen and bathrooms, and they are exactly what we wanted. Brian ensures the job is done properly and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Carol is easy to work with when designing your space. She is so talented and always listens to your ideas and enhances those with her design experience. Overall, beautiful results and would definitely recommend.

I called for a quote because of water damage from a leaky roof and specifically said I wanted someone to assess the damage in the attic where I cannot get to. I was told they needed to call me back to give me a date time because this would require two people. The next day I received a call for an appointment. During my appointment one person arrived and said they were there to take photos of the damage to my walls and ceilings and the contractor would decide from those if the attic needed looked at. I let the person know that I specifically said I wanted the attic looked at and she told me they charge $100 for an estimate that would require that and that the contractor is very busy. I certainly don’t mind waiting for an appointment or paying a fee for going into the attic but that was never communicated to me during my phone call and the visit was a waste of my time when I was clear I wanted the damage in my attic assessed. The woman who came was professional and handled the conversation well, she was 15 mins late but did call 5 mins before our appointment to let me know and make sure that it was still okay to come.

First impressions count. Our first encounter with Remodeling Solutions was as the installer of my dishwasher purchased at Lowes. This young man went the extra mile when he noticed some minor plumbing would need to be replaced soon. He didn't have the part in his truck so he sent my husband to get what was needed. He installed it and he didn't even give us a bill ! So impressed, we hired him do a small job (cutting back a wall because the refrigerator I bought was too large for the space), and his professionalism and reasonable charges further impressed us.

There was no doubt when we decided to remodel the master bathroom who we wanted to do the job. Outstanding job and experience, and later we went on with Remodeling Solutions to handle our major kitchen remodel.

We honestly have had such good experiences with these guys, and now we are calling him to upgrade our main bathroom. The addition of designer Carol to his company just makes it so perfect to have help designing the space! Its hard to find someone who does such a great job and listens to make sure you get what you want.

And the customer service is top notch... labor was guaranteed for 1 year.
About 6 months after the master bath remodel, there was a leak somewhere and within two days, he was there to find and fix the problem.
Likewise, when I called him about some caulking issue in the kitchen 9 months after the job was finished (which I assumed was due to the house settling or something), Remodeling Solutions was there to make the fix. Now that is definitely customer service.

Seriously, there is nobody else I would trust my house to. Remodeling Solutions provides excellent services and is an honest company you can count on.

We are so in love with our new kitchen thanks to Remodeling Solutions!! Their fabulous designer, Carol, was so helpful & patient when I changed my mind 100 times throughout the process. 😬 I can't even begin to say what a great job the guys did while working on the kitchen!! They never left a mess, paid attention to all the tiny details, & texted me with updates while I was at work. And just look at what a beautiful job they did!! I'd reccomend them 100 times over. We will definitely be using Remodeling Solutions for all of our future home improvements (and you should too😉)!!

I have used Remodeling Solutions for both my business and personal needs. For my business they showed up at 6pm on a Friday night to help us with a broken security gate so that we could properly close for the evening. I am signed up for their bi-annual handyman services and I smile every time I let my dogs out and can hear the water properly running through my gutters after years of them being clogged. They also helped with a plumbing emergency within 24 hours at my house. Professional, prompt and a staff that goes above and beyond!!!

Very unprofessional! Called to get a quote. A young lady did show up and take measurements but told me she doesn't give quotes that the construction crew did. She stated that they would contact me at the end of the following week. The following week came and went without one peep. I called and left message following week. Heard nothing so I called again and the person that answered stated that she would have the young lady who came to my house reach out to me. That was over two weeks ago and still no call. I will take my hint that this company is not interested in my business and search for a more professional and competent company.
