Cari Fint has been a spectacular warranty coordinator. I created a list of "fix-its" at the one year warranty period. We went around my home and identified what would be fixed and how. I found her highly facilitative and easy to work with. She gave me tips on problems and just changes in my behavor has fixed them!

We thoroughly enjoy living in our Remington-built home. The craftsmanship is solid, and the warranty process has been relatively painless. Like with most new houses, there are usually issues that occur, but Remington has always been willing to help us work to get those items fixed. Cari Flint has been responsive and followed through on our requests and even when resolving a recurring issue that went past the warranty period. We would buy another Remington home and would recommend them.
