I had contacted several companies about possibly replacing at least one of the posts and piers for an extension on our house and ultimately went with our contractor who did our kitchen remodel 2 years ago -- Realty Builders -- and they did an amazing job just like with the kitchen. We ended up having to replace all three posts and piers since there were issues with all of them. At least I don't have to worry if this extension will collapse because they made sure to brace everything properly and correctly. The before, during and after pictures. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up everyday or made sure to not leave things around for our dog to get into since this extension overhung part of our back yard. I would definitely recommend Victor, Jose, and the crew from Realty Builders. Thanks to the whole team!

Realty Builders Inc., and NOmentum Construction Inc. (name changed due to contractual reasons), are run by the same owner with the same working crew. They are operating under two separate names to win more bids. I learned this because while working with NOmentum, the project manager slipped up multiple times. First, they asked me to make out a check and write "Realty" on the envelope. Second, I received a google drive file access request from a Realty builder email address. The project manager told me she didn't know why that happened, but I'm not stupid. I cross-referenced Realty reviews and the crew names and owner names referenced are the same. I reached out to a Realty customer and validated phone numbers match.

I received a Realty estimate from Craig. I should have picked Craig, because our project manager at Nomentum, was incredibly rude. He completed work without telling us it would be a change order of $1k+. I said we should have been notified before proceeding, and he literally yelled at me that this was “not his job”. The owner of the company had to get involved to make it right, which we appreciated, but the experience was extremely negative and jarring. I bet Craig would have been nicer.

Our job was a kitchen remodel, plus garage conversion to laundry room and bathroom. The kitchen and laundry room are satisfactory but required a lot of project management.

Biggest complaint is they did not complete the tile under the shower bench, so our shower is effectively not waterproofed. They are ghosted us for a month until I posted online reviews. This should not have passed final inspection. Our job started in January, and was finally completed in November.

The crew was nice. We liked the foreman, plumber, and all the other guys… but the rotating crew of subcontractors left a mess every day. I was third trimester pregnant and my husband and I were shop-vacuuming / wiping up dust EVERYDAY. They would repeatedly perform work without tarping, even though we reminded them multiple times. We ended up with wood shavings in our washer, dry wall dust on our couch & bed! The owner promised to get a cleaning crew in at the end of the job and never did. They offered a cleaning crew in November again, but we declined because we already cleaned it ourselves - we weren't going to live in filth for months waiting for them.

Amazing company, very professional and and quick responses from the whole team. Lesley, and Ron the project managers I spoke with were very knowledgeable about home improvements and making sure I had all the information necessary to make an informed decision on my next project. They were able to break down the whole process from start to finish and provided me with an estimate that could not compare to other companies I have looked at in the past. Not to mention, Alexis was phenomenal in making sure I was connected to the right people in a timely manner. I felt like I was a top priority with them from the first phone call, all the way to the end of the project. Thank you truly for all of your help.

I had an appointment for Saturday 11:30am. They called on Friday asking if it's a good time to chat. I said "no, sorry not right now" and he ignored me. He asked if I want to reschedule my appointment and I said "no, tomorrow is good". He proceeded to discuss appointment details and I said "now is not a good time, didn't you hear that?" And he said "then we can't verify your appointment for tomorrow". Then I said "then cancel it". Why not call me when I can talk or verify the details when I first booked the appointment Super unprofessional.
