We have no regrets in picking Reality Construction. Mike and Gina were great to work with. They are professional and took the time to understand what we were looking to do. They made our remodeling experience enjoyable and completed the project on time - 2 1/2 months. They guided us through design, construction, and final review, simplifying the entire process. Reality Construction Review
Contracted to finish about 1650 sq feet of 2000 sq foot basement, including bathroom w/ shower. Mike, Gina & Katie were always available to answer any questions and help w/ choices. Mike was on top of schedule and moved project along to finish a little ahead of schedule. Having the new showroom where all choices could be viewed and selections made things much easier. That was also probably the deciding factor in choosing Reality over other contractors, even though their’s was not the low bid. Subs were all not only good at their craft but were also friendly and respectful. We’re very pleased with the finished rec room and have adopted it as our “go to” TV & excersize space. Reality Construction LLC did a wonderful job finishing our entire basement. The process went way better than expected and my husband and I were blown away with how everything turned out! Mike and Gina were extremely easy to work with and they were both very responsive. When Gina came out for the initial consultation, she took measurements and gave us a rough estimate of the job. Mike and Gina both came out a second time and after looking at the basement and the layout, Mike gave us a few suggestions about changing the layout and we couldn’t have been happier with the final layout and project. They went with us to pick out everything which was a great help as they are professionals in their area so we relied on their expertise for many of these choices and they exceeded our expectations. The process was overall very smooth, any issues that did arise along the way were quickly handled by Mike without us having to do anything which made hiring them for this project well worth it. The basement was finished ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. The vendors they use were always respectful and very responsive if we had questions. We highly recommend Reality Construction LLC and will use them again in the future!

Mike and Gina were awesome to work with. Stayed within the time frame of completion, actually finished a couple of weeks earlier. They stuck to the quote they gave me. They even went shopping with us to pick out all the items we needed for the basement. That was a lot of help, top quality items and very detailed oriented. They let you know when the workers were coming. All the workers were nice to work with, top notch and did quality work. Always responded to texts promptly. Very happy with the basement.
