Renters beware! 1 star because 0 is not an option. My rental was transferred to Julie's company when my agent moved, and she was fine to work with when I was stopping in the office to give her money. However, when I moved out she turned out to be very unprofessional. When she didn't show up to do the walk-through and collect the keys I contacted her and she said she had forgotten (even though I saw her add it to her calendar when we scheduled) and she said she was too busy with paperwork to meet me. I dropped off the keys as I was moving out of town, and then things got even worse. Supposedly my deposit check was lost in the mail, and when I finally received it the check was $100 short. She gave a half-hearted excuse about a cleaning fee (although she chose not to come to a check-out walk-through) but would give me no details about what needed cleaned. After a few attempts to get an answer she has refused to answer my calls or emails. In my opinion she stole $100 from my deposit and I'm out-of-state now so have very little recourse.
