Alex with RB Spencer is very professional and so helpful! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix our heater the same day. Alex and Sam came out on a Saturday and did an excellent job at one of our commercial properties servicing the HVAC and refrigeration units. Provided detailed explanation of the work that was needed and logic behind it. Also provided before and after pictures for our records.
