I’ve lived in my home 4 years, first year using the heater it stopped working. Was told it was no longer under warranty. Told by several HVAC companies they do not know what is wrong with it, turn the breaker on and off that should fix it ? Then Summer comes around last 2 summer I’ve had to replace several parts because it’s not under warranty. Last summer fix was $1800!!! Now guess what heater runs for 10 minutes then shuts off not working again just like the past 4 winters. Raymus does nothing about it. After speaking with multiple neighbors in my neighborhood they all have had the same issues over the past couple years. Raymus won’t cover it. Definitely not a good look for the Raymus builder beware they will not take responsibility for fixing a problem that should not be happening with brand new homes/equipment.

My entire journey with Raymus Homes was very good. I highly recommend. They gave the home with high quality and very transparent on each step. Quality of home also looks good. Their plan is also unique.

Their homes fall apart. Cracks in stucco. Grout issues/falling apart. Tile floors cracking. Shower doors falling apart. Uneven sheetrock work. Uneven floors. Poor HVAC systems, blowing most the cool/heat in one or two rooms and the rest of the home stays cold or hot. Dishwasher hasn't dried dishes since we moved in. They will argue with you about fixing anything or honor any major defect repairs. If you need any information on your home they refuse to provide the info to you. I recommend finding another builder. Very poor workmanship and customer service all around.

Josie was extremely patient with our design for our first home! She was extremely informative and laid out pros and cons when asked. She did her best to be unbiased when we asked for opinions. I feel it’s important to have a representative that loves their job as part of the home designing experience. We left the appointment very happy with our decisions. This will be our 3rd home with Raymus and our 2nd time working with Josie designing our home. Josie has been an A+ in all aspects from, communication, her own personal ideas and input, but most importantly she has taken the time to really understand our vision and complete the ultimate goal. It’s really been a pleasure working with her she always responds in a timely matter with any request or questions we have had and always makes it a priority for our satisfaction.

This appointment can be very overwhelming and my brain was flooded with trying to make the best decisions on all the upgrades I wanted. Josie provided me with so much patience and understanding while wanting to ensure my experience was fun and not stressful on my own part.

Josie really took her time to go over all the details of all aspects of available upgrades and never once made me feel pressured or that she didn't have my best interests at heart.

This is my first home where I was able to choose all my personal upgrades and Josie made my experience a really comfortable and outstanding experience.
