I was very happy with the professionalism from the Rare Electric Technicians. The Lead Technician, Julio and his Apprentice Technician, also named Julio. Arrived to my house early and were ready to work. They were polite, courteous, professional and answered all my questions. They completed all my requests and left their work areas spotless. We told them our problem and they figured out the issue. Rare electric couldn't do much because it was a PG&E issue on the pole. They called PG&E as a high priority to get the issue resolved. Good thing we called because it would've been a completely other story. PG&E arrived within the hour and everything is working.
