DO NOT HIRE! Lead tech went into my apartment and said nothing in the laundry room was wet and even sent a report saying it was dry. I have clear proof of water damage, thermal pictures and moisture readings of the same room being wet the same day! This can lead to very serious health issues and someone with enough experience in this industry should know it. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!(this are the picture taken by me NOT by the company)

Landon and Derrick were very professional during a flooding incident in my apartment from a broken pipe from 3rd floor. Me being on the 1st floor took the brunt of it! They brought as many fans as it took to make sure my place was dry. Working from home that was a concern of mine. I want to thank both of them Great job!

I have not only experienced great things from this company on both small and large jobs, but most of my colleagues already use them. I'm sure the negative reviews are either unrealistic customers or exaggerations. Keep up the good work Rapid!

In this day and age finding a vendor that you can count on, no matter what the job, no matter what time of day or night, is no small feat. Rapid Restoration is just that and more. Their crews are polite and professional, their prices are beyond fair, their response time is extraordinary and their customer service is second to none! I had to use them recently at a community that I manage and as always, the team at Rapid Restoration not only came through, but exceeded all expectations! Rapid Restoration will always be my first and my only call!

I recently had a flood from the 4th Floor down. I called Jake at Rapid and he responded by having 4 guys on site imeadately. Jake and Chris walked the affected units as well, while drying equipment was being placed.
They were so on top of it, that 3 of the 4 units dried in a couple of days with only one needing drywall repairs. These guys are amazing. Rapid Restoration and Construction is a great company to have on your team.
Shout out to the guys, Cody, Jacen, Matt and Brendan. Thanks for your hard work!

Having had this company not only work on my condo, but also my with HoA on larger scale projects, I can say quite assuredly these guys might give you the lowest price on a bid offer, but they will do the cheapest work possible, and go way passed deadline on project completion. Their drywall contracting is abysmal, finishing errors in measurements everywhere. Their team did unapproved work and attempted to charge me for it; the best part is they messed up the valve installation, and I had to bring another plumber in to fix their mistakes... Their teams were never at the times/dates discussed, essentially arriving when they felt like it. The only possibly good thing I can say is they subcontract one of the best Enviromental Svcs/Demo teams in the area, Ivan Garcia with Mile High is a great guy. Thanks for a lot of hardship Rapid...
