I was very happy that Randy accepted the remodel job of my condo. A co-worker of mine highly recommended them. Everyone I have dealt with from the company was professional, expert in their field and very prompt!! If they say they will show up at 7AM, they are outside the front door at 7AM! This is pretty rare in the construction business! The attention to detail is phenomenal. I highly recommend them without reservation! It is said that the 3rd time is the charm. With Randal Winter Construction all 3 times are perfect. I have done 3 major remodeling in the last 10 years: two kitchens plus a living room. The projects were well managed, taking into account our budget, wishes and needs with excellent design and product advice. Besides Randy, kudos go to Sean Himes our last project manager, Cara in the office and all the various craftsmen. We also rewired to install an induction cooktop and battery charger for our car. There was minimal disruption to our daily lives with the major portion of the work completed so our kitchen was functional and the floors replaced within three weeks with the rest of the work completed in a timely manner. Every workman cleaned up the areas the same day. There were minor delays in materials and some finishing that we knew about in advance. Randal Winter, the owner is a leader who CARES about the company and the people it served. I recommend Randal Winter Construction without reservation and of course would hire the company for a 4th time.
