Great communication and follow up by the entire crew. Raquel was fantastic and guided me through the process of dealing with multiple insurance companies. Mike was also amazing and made certain everything was taken care of for my very elderly parents. The workers were always on time, friendly and respectful of the property. Great work! We were extremely happy with the work that Rainbow Restoration did for us! We had an upstairs flood that affected the 3 upstairs bedrooms, a hallway, and another bathroom, along with totally flooding the garage below. Mike and his team responded quickly and efficiently cleaning up our mess and getting everything dried up. After the water mitigation step was completed we went with them to repair all of the damage and remodel our master bathroom. Mike's team was prompt, hard working, polite, and organized. They were also very skillful! We now have a beautiful master bathroom with new vanities, mirrors, lights, fan and an awesome walk-in shower with quartz walls and glass doors! They did a great job with painting all of the rooms upstairs and the garage. They also upgraded 8 of our doors in the house. One of our better decisions! Mike was also very helpful every step of the way. He stayed in communication with my wife making sure everything was done the way she wanted it and the project was completed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend them for any home improvement projects you may have.

Very professional and prompt service. After our flood in the kitchen, this branch of the Rainbow company came to our rescue right away. The entire operation was done in a very professional manner, from isolation of the dry spaces to removal of the damaged areas, everything was perfectly executed. They are very responsive to all calls and are very efficient in completing their work. After drying the wet surfaces, they came and removed all our furniture very carefully and meticulously and took them to a storage while the repairs were being done. Overall we are very happy with our experience with this company. Highly recommend them.
