We called in November of 2022 after we removed some trees and the Robb the man who took down our trees said we had roof damage and he recommended I call Paul. So I did and he came the next day and looked over our roof and gave us an estimate. Later he took time to explain everything to us and even stopped by to give us samples to pick out the colors. He scheduled us once it was warm in May and his crew came on time and completed everything in two days. They even removed our unused chimney and antennas. Paul came back to do a final clean up of debris and nails and even replaced our damaged down spout at no charge. Excellent personal service and great value. Very honest and easy to talk to. Great communication throughout the process!

Rainy Day put gutters on our pole barn. They used 3 to 4 pieces for the down spouts in some areas, instead of 1 continuous piece. The down spouts are 15 feet long. When they fastened the down spouts to the walls, they didn't place the screws in the wood, they just ran them through the siding wherever. A little bit of ice accumulated in one end of the gutter, and it fell down. My husband discovered that they hadn't used the right screws to hang the siding (in his opinion). I don't usually have issues with poor service, even when it is poor. This was extremely poor service.
