I've had such an amazing, top notch experience with RAD Construction. I did a pretty expensive but needed french drainage installation around my house to prevent my house from continuing to crack and shift. Will has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He came out, I believe, 8 months ago now, to provide an estimate after talking to about 5 or 6 other companies. I chose them not only from the recommendation of my Civil Engineer, but I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and communication that Will and the entire RAD team provided. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions, even when I called throughout the months. I even called the office to try to get in early, which the staff eventually made it work. The very first day the owner even came over and met with me face to face to ensure I understood exactly what the plan was and what the best strategy moving forward was. The crew was excellent! They worked so hard everyday and my favorite part was how clean they were! Syed, Junior, Jamie, all of them were simply wonderful. They also kept me in communication throughout the whole project. They even brought their own porter potty, which I totally appreciate! Thank you so much to Will and the entire team at RAD for everything you've done for me and my house! I simply cannot thank you enough!

Since purchasing my home over 11 years ago, I have had RAD come out to look at the cracks in my home. Russ explained everything so well and was so honest! I must have had him come out 3 or 4 times just to monitor and he was always thorough, patient and honest. Just recently I wanted to get new flooring put in and found that my foundation was pulling away from the footing and that it needed to be fixed in order to get the flooring. I called Russ at RAD yet again, and I also called a couple other companies as well just to do my research and make an informed decision. Those 2 other companies quoted me a huge amount and I was shocked! Then Russ came and his quote was dramatically better, like a third the cost! He explained every detail of the project, but it didn't feel like a sales presentation like the other companies. That is what I love about this company... they are HONEST and not pushy. Russ is really likeable and easy to talk to. The whole crew including the foreman, Raul and his son Raul Jr are just the sweetest most hard working people. They were courteous and tried so hard not to disrupt our lives. They did a double plastic thing to help with dust and cleaned up every day. We have dealt with construction when putting in an ADU recently and the experience was nothing positive like this! The job only took them 5 days and the other company was saying 4 weeks! They were on time and Russ came every single day to ensure things were going smooth. He even found some foundation that had cracked away from rusting rebar that was done incorrectly at time of build and fixed that. So kind of him! I'm so thankful to Russ and the crew of RAD Construction for their hard work and just being all around nice guys, I would gladly and eagerly recommend them to anyone!

I approached this foundation company based on recommendations from a group of engineers. However, it appears these referrals are part of a network where they mutually endorse each other to generate business. I engaged their services for a property I'm in the process of buying, that has some potential of foundation issues, providing them with comprehensive reports from other foundation companies and asking specifically for a more detailed one. However, the report they provided was far below expectations. Despite promising a detailed assessment and reviewing comprehensive reports from other companies, their final report lacked essential details, providing only basic information without any breakdown of costs or specifics. It was a total waste of money. This unprofessional approach, coupled with their refusal to refund my payment when I requested, seriously undermines their credibility.

Russ was very honest about what repairs I needed and what could wait and even let me crawl around the foundation with him to give me a lesson on what to watch out for and what could become an issue in the future. It is rare to receive such excellent customer service and honesty in my experience with contractors. I would highly recommend RAD Construction to anyone needing repairs.

Excellent work on the foundation at one of our commercial apartment buildings. Everyone at RAD communicated thoroughly, performed their work diligently, and above all else, demonstrated pride in their craftsmanship. Not the cheapest quote we received, but they came *strongly* recommended from people I trust who have deep construction knowledge and experience, and Russ and Dianne exceeded those high expectations. What a great experience this has been.
