I met Mark back in 2020 when he worked for a different company. I had an unfortunate flood in my house and I needed quick attention while I was out of town. He ended up remodeling the majority of my house after the water damage. When i moved in with my husband the first thing i wanted to do was a kitchen remodel. I qreached out to Mark to see if he knew anyone. Thats when he told me about his new business endeavors. It felt good to have a familiar face when doing such a big renovation. I had big ideas, and wasnt sure it would work. He helped make my kitchen dreams come true. We went from a non functional kitchen, that was probably put in sometime in the 1950’s to a beautiful kitchen that I actually enjoy cooking and cleaning (which if you know me speaks volumes). We like to entertain and I wanted to open the space up to the living room, the load bearing wall made me think it couldnt be done- but we did it! I also had a few ideas throughout the project and Mark was really quick with the change orders to show me the cost, so i could decide if thats what i wanted. Mark also had great people working with us, Josh was the lead on our project and any time I had concerns or questions he was available for me. I had a lot of questions, and he never made me feel like a burden. It is hard to make decisions sometimes when youre spending so much money you really second guess yourself. Josh always made me feel better about my decisions. I knew that they wanted the project to come out perfect too. I will definitely be using these guys for my future projects! Mark and his team did a great job on my hail damage insurance claim. Met adjuster at my home and walked through the entire house to assurance accordance. They then completed the repairs which included roof replacement, gutters, window replacements and paint quickly and efficiently.

Worked with Mark and Josh to remove a load bearing wall and relocate some electrical. They were responsive and great to work with. Josh built a temporary wall to support the 2nd story joists, releveled my main floor in two days. I'd recommend them for their services.

I had R&M remove an old deck that was falling down. They poured new footings for the deck supports and made the new deck so it went around the corner of the house. This made the deck accessible to the front and side doors of the house. There is a wheelchair ramp from the concrete walk up to the deck. They removed some concrete, down to the ground, and poured it back to make the concrete transition to the deck a smooth transition that wouldn't crumble, solid concrete (see picture).
The attention to detail was great and the little things, like the ramp transition, that make a quality job. Thanks Mark and all the people who worked on my deck.

Mark was incredibly helpful with a property damage insurance related project on our garage. He not only provided a fair and timely quote for the work needed to be done, he took time to explain and navigate the insurance claim process with the other parties’ company to ensure we were getting a fair proposal. Once the work was set, the project manager Josh provided timely updates on the project progress, stuck to his original timeline and was easy to work with.
