Quick Turn Maintenance took up the project of installing a downdraft hood in our kitchen - something that nobody else wanted to touch! This is already one reason to give them 5 stars. Not only this, but the work, which was not easy, was done professionally, on time and on cost. They really did their best and went an extra mile, when it was needed. Caylee led us through the whole project and made sure everything went seamlessly. The contractor team was knowledgeable, respectful and quick, perfectly reflecting their company's name.

This subcontractor overcharges consistently, My air conditioning vents were not consistent in the bedrooms, they came in and convinced the owner to downgrade the air conditioning unit (the original one had a hepa filter and was strong and quickly cooled and heated the house). The new one was louder, no hepa filter, less efficient and still did not fix the original problem.

They also charged the landlord an outrageous $520 to supposedly "haul" 5 small items, including a few decorative plastic plants and toilet brush.

CS Lewis said "Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking." This company apparently does not.
