We have hired Quality First Roofing in Pinetop to replace the roof on our home. Working with them has been such a pleasure. Norman went over in detail the scope of work. His crew came out, removed the old roof, installed the new, hauled away all the trash, went over and over our yard to ensure any nails that may have fallen got picked. We have been very pleased with the communication, timeliness in getting things done and the ease of working with them. 5 Stars!

Honesty and reliability seem to be hard to find lately. Norm from Quality 1st Roofing gave me a quote, was able to get my choice of shingles immediately after my selection and his team of roofers arrived the following week to complete the job in two days! They did a great job and cleaned up and hauled off all the debris. Licensed, bonded, 50% down and other half after I inspected the job and was satisfied. An all around good experience!!

He put in exactly what his team would do and the type of roof material, under layments, vents and warranties. His competitors just wrote "Install new roof". Nothing else. Several weeks ago I had this company replace my cabin roof with a metal roof. First, they gave me the best bid by far out of 4 company bids. The owner of the company went into great detail to explain the bid. The crew showed up on time the day they said they would start. They work quickly and got the job done with expert work. What impressed me most was that when the job was finished the entire 5 man crew walked the entire property several times and picked up every little scrap of material from the job. Norman is a GAF factory certified contractor and has several years of experience installing the GAF product, which was evident by his knowledge of the product and the quality of his teams craftsmanship.

I wrote this review back in Dec. 2018 but for some reason it doesn't show up. Quality First was, gave a breath of fresh air for Show Low contractors. Norm the owner showed up on time, gave me a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion then was able to perform the job quicker than expected. His crew left my gutter guards a little messed up but Norm has assured me they will be taken care of. I would highly recommend Quality First for your roofing needs.
