It’s not always true that first impressions are lasting impressions, but in this case, as far as I’m concerned, my instincts were correct. I first met Joshua (founder of QT&CD) at the Music store he owned in town. I soon learned that he also owned several other businesses. His design of the storefront was very functional and included artwork that he created to match the store's theme. In addition to that, he installed the security system with good lines of sight for complete store coverage. In an earlier life, I had managed a large music store, so was doubly impressed with the amount of detail that had been taken into consideration towards creating effective displays, but at the same time considering the risks of being a store owner/manager. I tend to be impressed by thoroughness and attention to detail; and eventually I was able to have Joshua assist me with projects at our home. Over the course of several years, it has become obvious to me that Joshua is the consummate business professional while knowing that at the same time his passion is to deal effectively for the customer’s best interest.
