Your workers are very disrespectful. They all park on the grass and is killing the grass in our neighborhood. There is a whole coldesac available and on the road. When asked to do something about it they made a point to be worse. Shame on you. Not one car in the coldesac. Parking in the grass for most of these vehicles is not necessary.

They posted sidewalk signs saying that this pole work start 8/19-8/21. They for some reason thought it’d be a good idea to get started on Saturday 8/17 at nearly 6am and wake me up to move my car because they setup their operation in front of my house.

This company allowed it's employees to block my driveway by leaving this equipment at the end of the day. THEY THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY TO LEAVE THIS OVERNIGHT! THIS is illegal and UNACCEPTABLE!! No one came to knock on our doors or leave notes to say anything like this would happen. I'll given benefit of the doubt; if you let me know own ahead of time I can be accommodating. But with no previous notice or any shred of respect for the neighborhood, this will not be overlooked.

Whenever this company comes to do work around my townhouse’s area, they consistently park in the “NO PARKING” areas. IN FRONT of GARAGES and FRONT DOORS! Very sick of them consistently doing this.

Saturday October 15th, 2022 about 8:15 a.m. I was just traveling on westbound 6th avenue behind one of your trucks. I was in the far left lane, the truck was in the middle lane. I'm very thankful I wasn't following too close.
A large piece of construction hazard equipment fell off. Then slid backwards a couple hundred feet. It was about the size of a car, metal, with orange striping. Several cars had to act quickly to not get hit, or have a serious accident.
I'm certain the driver is aware of what happened because he switched to the far right lane, slammed on his brakes, looked in the mirror, and then sped off. It was also really loud. I don't know what your protocol is for situations like this. I know accidents happen but...
Obviously things were not secured to the truck properly....or he should have turned on his hazards and stopped, until someone could move it out of the road.
I was moving too fast to get a picture of the piece of the equipment in the middle of the road (it happened really fast). I switched lanes and got the license plate of the truck. Plate # DFR-139. ? Thanks
