We had AT@T fiber run through our yard which ultimately Push was responsible for even though they subcontract the work.
Homeowners be warned if they come to your neighborhood document everything with times and photographs along with whom you speak with if there are problems.
Not only was our yard compromised aestically but they caused a water outage problem at the home behind us when they damaged underground plumbing.
Just after the their company made repairs sewage backed up into our house for the first time in 13 years of living there and when we called a plumber they snaked it out to a blockage at the exact point they were working on that same problem.
Push was using third party contacts so it was difficult to speak with them directly but a month later after submitting the bill for reimbursement (the first person I spoke with was no longer with them) I reached out yet again for an update and Amanda Webb the CEO contacted me and I had to resubmit the bill along with the same explaination to what happened before she responded that they would not be reimbursing us due to there not being enough proof they had done anything to cause the problem.
Please do not allow yourselves to fail keeping a close eye on their work and making sure you are protected if mistakes are made otherwise you could find yourself paying out of pocket for things you never needed or intended like plumbing and landscaping.
