I bought my first house in the Los Angeles area (Marina del Rey) in January 2024. The inside of the house was in need for some major renovations - from new floors throughout the entire house, to a new kitchen, closets, fireplace, and other items. My vision was simple: modern but warm, with light colors.

Pure Energy Construction did an amazing job and I am so grateful for the end-result. The process of working with Tom and Lauren was extremely easy, open, transparent and considerate. I was able to explain my vision, and the team brought this to life. They were professional, had great communication, and were extremely transparent throughout the whole process. FULL RENOVATION REVIEW - Our journey with Tom and Pure Energy started about 2 years ago. We needed a full home renovation, including kitchen, bathrooms, and living rooms, along with a 2nd floor master bedroom addition. Tom and Mario (on-site project manager) were reliable, attentive, communicative, and fair. I searched a ton of websites before starting this massive project, and Pure Energy kept coming up. After a few quotes, including Pure Energy's, we decided to move forward with them. Sure, the quote was a bit higher, but was completely worth it in the end! Tom and his team completed the 10 month project EARLY at just 8months; they STAYED on budget with not a single hidden or surprise cost. Tom was patient, organized, and genuinely made us feel like he cared. The reviews are true; from design, planning, architecture, engineering, and city plans; to setting up a payment schedule, this company stands above the rest.
Even months after, Tom reached out to make sure everything was working properly and that we were happy with the results.
I feel fortunate to have found this company for this huge project of ours.

I had great experience working with Tom and pure energy team on my full home renovation project. We upgraded our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, floors and 700 sqft addition to create master suit. Picking pure energy was an easy decision, they gave us accurate estimate for our project very quick and they paid attention to all the details to make sure we won’t have any misunderstanding or confusion of why included and what’s not.
