I’ve never met or worked with a property management company that fully believes they OWN the building and every unit in it. And this is from someone who has worked in real estate for years. They are the property managers of my condo that I’ve been in for years, decades at this point. The professionalism, the communication, the execution is just not there. Projects are started without being thought through fully. Nick is totally disrespectful & has this complex as if this is his personal building. He doesn’t like anyone to have a different form of opinion than him, & when he feels a certain way he will do everything in his power to make things difficult for you. If your property is in search of a management company, I would steer clear from this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve dealt with this company extensively for a year now. After a stressful process of being accepted to one of their units, after the condition of the unit was not acceptable because of damaged floors, unpainted walls and unfinished maintenance in the unit I decided to not sign the lease. After trying to figure out a solution with the manager Nick I was told the unit would go to the owners family member who would take it as is. That was 2 1/2 months ago. Yesterday, I see on the website for that company the unit has been re-listed. I reached out to see what the situation was and I didn’t get a response from Nick or his office for 18 hours which is unusual. So, I went over to the office where he and his employees were hanging out and as soon as he saw me he was upset. His immediately verbally attacked me and berated me for showing up to his office and began to make unrelated comments about my character which were completely inappropriate and unjustified. Be very weary of him and this company. He changes the criteria as he sees fit and if you express any discontent with him, he will abuse the situation.

Sad and outrageous experience with this Mr. Nick, he made me wait 2 months to process my application after I gave him a 1 star review and he threatened to speak very badly about me to the owner of the apartment in question and he complied! just one day before I moved, when I had already given him a hold deposit, when my furniture was on its way, he sent me an email and told me without any explanation that the owner of the apartment had given up on renting it to me. terrible and sad experience!!!
