Signed up for free trial. Cancelled within the 30 days, however inwas still charged $399.75 after I cancelled. When calling the phone numbers listed for support between 8-5 monday through Friday there is no answer nor is there a call back. I also sent multiple emails to receive only automated replies that they would be in contact with 1 business day. Very unhappy and I do not recommend this service to anybody. Due to the lack of customer support that actually exists within this company.

This company deceives customers into signing up for a trial subscription only to keep charging them for not one, but three user licenses. When I realized I was being triple charged, I contacted them to cancel and ask for a credit since I never used their software. Instead of doing the right thing and offering to refund the bogus charges as a courtesy, their response was to hide behind its T&Cs. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company and its shady practices at all cost. There are much better tools out there that don't take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

signed up for a free trial. Thought that it was going to be $15 per month. It ended up being 10 users for $20 per user. Cancelled my subscription after the second $200 charge and asked for a refund on the second charge. Received a response that once the payment went through they can't refund your money. Make sure that you understand that the pricing on the internet is not the actual price. It is price per user and their is a minimum # of users. Thus Team is 10 users at $20 minimum. I signed up for the personal but they set me up with the team. I believe the trial defaults to team. They failed to point this out.

Absolutely agree with negative comments here. The pricing is deceiving (when you get a 'personal' license for $15, you actually get accounts for 5 separate users, which comes down to $75/month). You can't cancel your subscription from the website (you have to contact them), and when we did it two days after the trial expired, we could not get our money back for the next month as this was against their refund policy.

The product is generally useless, with very limited functionality and UX that was taken straight from the early 2000s. I guess when your product is bad, the only way you can get revenue is from practices that are far from customer-centric. I really hope NASA reconsiders their decision to use this tool for project management, otherwise I really doubt we'll make it to Mars in the 21st century.

I took their application as a trial and could not stop my subscription. I had no way to contact them and they have not returned my emails or calls as promised. Would love to hear form them so I can update this review.

I have been trying to get a refund from Projectmanager.com since April 2020 for an enterprise account with little to no response. It took months to get in touch with our new Customer Success Manager Ben Holland, unfortunately, he is now ignoring emails/calls. I would not recommend using this company for your business!

Do not do business with this company. It is a scam. I had same experience as everyone else – signed up for free trial and was immediately billed for $350/month for enterprise version with no way to cancel. I ended up canceling my credit card. Do not walk – run from this company!!!!
