Began working here on a date I will not disclose.

The environment: unprofessionally professional. We play games to hype each other up, we get rowdy and scream- and then we have a somewhat serious meeting afterwards. It's energetic and fun yeah, but it feels weird.

The Job: I don't care what position you applied for, you will be door to door salesman. There are four levels, MA, MC, JE, and the Boss. How to get promoted? Make sales, recruit more people to make more $$$, and make more sales. You don't get paid by the hour, you get paid by the sale. Made no sales? Congrats, you made $200 for working 50-70 hours.

The job is a pyramid scheme. You cannot make more money than the people above you, especially when those people are constantly hounding you and trying to steal your sales.

Edit: I worked here for about a week. That was a month ago. I still have NOT received my paycheck. Already emailed HR that I have taken legal action for Wage Theft, didn't respond. I've asked Stephanie many times for my paycheck, she said "the services didn't get installed". Cool. There's still a $200 base pay that I have not received, and I want evidence that these installments were canceled- I had two of them. I'm *this* close to suing this company. I want my paycheck.

This is a great company to learn work ethic, improve your leadership skills and improve your social skills as you’ll have a lot of colleges to talk too and learn from each other. Therefore, I felt I was mislead. I applied for account manger position . I ended up working as sales rep at Walmart which you won’t make any money by the way. You might work from 8Am to 9pm without Making any money. Now imagine having bachelor and master degree to work at Walmart bagging other people to sign up for DirectTV. On top of that you will have to carpool your colleagues, so be ready to spend a lot on gas. Honestly, I don’t know how I stayed that long. If you need a job that pays your bills, well you won’t with this job. “COMMISSION only”. Unless, you have a second income like I did. I made good friends but the environment can be very unprofessional at times. Unnecessary comments towards colleagues. I texted the owner to get a work reference letter and his response was I Don’t have Time. Well that says a lot.

personally I think Project Millennium is one of the best place if someone really wants to learn something. The HR department responds to emails very quickly. it was a pleasure meeting with Ms.Chelsea Gonzales. she is very polite and soft spoken direct person, she makes sure while she is trying to make someone understand how to react and responds to different situations occur a in the cooperate world especially for the beginners, in the professional world, she keeps in mind that the other person do not feel embarrassed at all. she promptly respond to all the emails and voice messages. A very knowledgeable mentor. Also, I would like to say Mr.Stephen Jackson is one of the best interviewers i have come across. A very easy going plus a highly professional individual. Sometimes it is not about just getting an offer from a company, the way they provide a motivational feedback is something above and beyond for me because honestly it is not part of their job but they do not hesitate going an extra mile for the individuals who really wants to learn some basic professional courteous behavior in the corporate world. Thank you so much Ms. Chelsea and Mr. Jackson. It was indeed a pleasure meeting with the both of you. for future reference i make sure I don’t miss out any opportunities working with The entire team.
