August 2023 I met Mr. Ross did a contract and I paid him $4,125.00 to start a new carport, it is now January 2024 and the project isn't done yet, Mr. Ross has given me lots of excuses, even going as far as blocking me from calling him, the only thing he has done when giving the money was to tear down the old carport, while doing so it completely gave way and smashed the entire AC unit, which I wasn't called about the situation, didn't even know he was @ the home until a neighbor called me and sent pictures of the collapsed carport and bent up AC, I immediately called Mr. Ross, he explained to me everything that had happened, but assured me everything would be taken care of and the ac would be replaced, neither has happened, I continued to reach out to Mr Ross but continued to get excuses and phone number blocked, now I'm the customer that paid $4,125.00 with a binding contract, which he hasn't followed through with, no communication, well my sister's husband contacted him cause I could never get in contact with him, still no luck, only lots of excuses, my sister put a review on his page, I guess he wasn't to happy about, cause I received a text from Mr. Ross stating the project had been stopped because of the review's my sister put on his page, told me if she couldn't reverse it that my job wouldn't be completed, text stated to talk to my sister and see if I could get her to reverse it, the text stated for me to not call or text him about the situation, for me to talk to her, but until then it wouldn't be completed, to my surprise I was still blocked. I see all these so call good reviews, but only if you knew what I have been through with Mr. Ross, there hasn't been any AC unit in this house for months now, I've also lost revenue on this home. As of today this continues to be a unfinished project on behalf of Mr. Ross.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My family gave the owner $4000 to complete a project in August of 2023 and it has yet to be done. This person was a close friend to my husband so we thought he would have treated us better. The project stalled when the carport fell due to the project owner Ross. He
expressed that if we paid him up front then everything will be paid by him for damage. This was my mother's house who is ill. When the carport fell it damaged the air conditioner. Now the house hasn't had an ac since September. He tells my hubby that he is going to begin but never wants to communicate with the actual owner. He even blocked the owner from contacting him. I could go on and on but do not work with this person. This person is not professional. If he treats his friends like this, how would he treat an enemy. Business is Business. We are in 2024 and the job is not completed.

Derrick is reasonably priced and does excellent work. He responded immediately and was out taking care of what I needed within 24 hours of my request. He’s done two projects for me and is conscientious, respectful, and stands by his work. I whole heartedly recommend him as I will definitely call on him again.

The company painted my Entire home exterior and interior they did a excellent job. Cleaned the excess paint off my property to the point it didn’t look as though any had touched the floors inside or the ground outside.
