The Link in Frankfurt
The sales process ran smoothly and the agent was very efficient.
Once the building process started they started to show their true colors. There was no regular communication on the updates of building progress, only after specific requests and then only sporadically for about half the building time.
Once the apartment was handed over with a long list faults that needed to be repaired and the company no longer had to pay for delayed delivery the problems really began.
By phone they are very difficult to reach, emails are only answered after reminders and responses are incomplete.
The final work still needs to be completed on the parking garage and outside area, no time line has been given. The remaining list of repairs in the apartment and numerous reminders are left unanswered.
Now that they have received 95% of the funds they are no longer interested in completing the project!!
Don't buy an apartment from this building company!

My wife and I contacted Project regarding their projects The Link and The urban. We promptly received an appointed from Ivan Mihajlovic. During our meeting we received a very professional and thorough overview of the projects. Unlike other sales advisors we were at no time pressured during our meeting. We have not yet decided if we will in fact purchase one of the apartments so we can't review the build quality or purchase process. However when it comes to sales advise we can truly recommend Project for a comfortable and professional experience.

Do not buy anything from this company!!!

And do not hurry to give them a review based only on sales process.

I was fooled like many others by the positive sales pitch impression and overall how the sales process went. But serious problems started soon after development began - very scarce and misleading updates on the progress, dodgy communication, repetitive delays and moving the deadlines further in future, and finally rushing to hand you over the apartment while the building, the common property areas and surrounding area are in horrible condition and far from completion. Huuuge list of serious defect, which they don't seem to have the intention to rectify professionally. 7 months after handing over the apartment, the common property is not acceptance ready. Just now 7 months later they start to rebuild the façade of the building due to multiple critical defects with fire safety, thermal insulation, water damages etc. The whole place The Urban, is totally messed up.

Do yourself a favor and invest your money elsewhere, this company is a total scam!

It was a pleasant experience to deal with Project Immobilien. As I was completely unaware about the process and steps involved in buying the house, the help I got from Ms. Jankovic was amazing which made buying the house quite hassle free. If I would buy any other house in future , I would definitely comeback to Project Immobilen.

I made the same experience as other customers below. The project is far behind schedule , the management is not responsive to any claims or request to provide reliable progress updates or dates. I am waiting now for 9 month to take over my apartment and still have no specific dates for a hand-over date. 4 weeks after this post and the answer below - more e-mails - no response and status unchanged .... the elevator issue is just an excuse....construction problems in the apartment are not fixed after more then 6 month, no evidence provided that there is any progress ...unbelievable.

The service of this company is extremely terrible. My apartment has been handed over to me almost two months ago. They still have not solved the problems which were found and discussed four months ago. When they handed over the apartment to me, they promised to fix all these problems around one week. I have not got any updates up to now. It’s a cheating. It is a company without trust.
