This past year I had some really bad luck at my condo with severe water damage paired with an incapable HOA Management company. After interacting with several contractors, I came across Maria at Project Build Construction Group and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. Unlike all the other contractors I had dealt with, Maria was very in-tune and focused on my particular situation and needs. In addition to being very detail-oriented, she was very responsive and accessible every step of the way. She worked with me in communicating with my HOA's insurance company in securing the funding we needed for the project. Her crew did excellent work and she stayed on top of and in touch with her team constantly. She also communicates well with her customers and keeps them informed of project status and needs. Overall, Maria and PBC are very professional and do great quality work. In the attached pictures, you can appreciate the flooring, baseboards, paint, kitchen and bath cabinets, counters, appliance installation, and kitchen backsplash that were all done by Project Build Construction Group. I would highly recommend Maria and PBC to anyone looking for an experienced and reliable contractor that does great quality work.

Maria and her team are extremely professional and efficient. I'm beyond happy with how my bathroom turned out. Before I met with Maria I had a consultation with another company and was not looking forward to the remodel. Once I spoke with Maria I knew she was my contractor. We were referred to Maria from a dear friend who recently had an excellent experience remodeling her kitchen. Looking for someone we can trust to remodel all our bathrooms was daunting. My husband and I reached out to friends who have remodeled their homes and that is how we met Maria. We hit it off from the get go as she listened intently and was able to grasp and appreciate our ideas. She taught us a lot about design and functionality and gave some suggestions. She and her crew made our vision into reality and we are very pleased with the results. Maria and her team did an an awesome job remodeling our entire house. Over the course of the 18-month project we modernized all of our bathrooms and the kitchen, put in new floors and windows, upgraded the electric and plumbing, made structural changes inside and out, painted the entire home, and repaired many small and large issues that had developed in our 30+ year old house. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. At every step of the process, Maria was actively engaged in ensuring the work was done to the highest level and on budget. We purchased a condo in Laguna Woods and needed new flooring. a friend who lived in Laguna Woods referred us to Project Build. e had a challenging project too, they need to match a curve in the existing tile with the new flooring. Maria and her teams did such a fantastic job. We were so please we hired her team to redo all the flooring and paint our house before putting it on the market. We sold the house in 1 day and at over the asking price, which would not have been possible without Project Build doig their magic. I highly recommend Project Build!!

Maria was recommended to me by a client of mine. We have a condo that needed updating. She was able to help us with the design by patiently working with our preferences in color and style. She and her crew did a tremendous job brightening up our place but keeping it cozy. The flooring, the paint, new lighting, we love it. Next round will be the bathroom. I had my 1,200 sq ft Laguna Woods condo interior completely remodeled from the studs up. Maria and her team at Project Build handled the entire process from redesign, permits to remodel completion. Maria has a very good eye for interior design with great, financially prudent recommendations. Very happy with the process and he final results!
