The Proctors built a handicapped bathroom for my husband when he was diagnosed with cancer. I’ve never met a company that truly cared about the well being and personal lives of their customers. They would come to my home and check in on me and my husband’s status/ care, I’ve never met a more genuine family. They are a family owned business and truly wonderful, at one point, even their wives were checking in on me after my husband had passed away. I still use them for other things around our home. My Step Mother also used them for her entire kitchen and home remodel. Their work was high quality, they were reliable, responsive, beyond kind, and there were even days they interacted with my kids. They went above and beyond than just “building a bathroom for us”. I would highly recommend them to everyone and I will definitely use them again.

Horrible costumer service. These guys mark up materials 3 fold and the labor rate is at a maximum. No consideration for military veterans and disabled veterans, as they will not grant a discount for my valueable service to this country overseas. Their workmanship is about average...my advice is too stay away. You can get better work at much better pricing..

I am very fortunate to have had Proctor Custom Builders take over a job that someone else had started and left in a complete mess. This is an old townhouse that needed to be completely redone. Possibly it was too much for the first contractor as the project did not go well from day one. Knowing we had to make a change, we asked Jordan if they would be willing to complete the job even under such adverse conditions. I'm sure if they had started from the beginning, it would have been easier for them as there was a lot of detective work involved with the electrical. (Probably other things too.) Anyway, Jordan patiently worked thru all of this and the project turned out beautiful. Very pleased with the way Jordan kept in touch with my daughter who was overseeing the project. She always knew what was going on.

4. Jordon and the entire Proctor team were very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and they left our home clean every day. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a remodel or new build.

This company is the best that I’ve ever used and they even went above and beyond for us to repair our home when our renters installed their washer incorrectly and flooded the interior of our home. These guys are top notch and have been referred to my family members. I cannot thank them enough for their help and professionalism. Hands down best contractors in town.
