We needed to add on a downstairs master bedroom for a house we just purchased. I interviewed eight different companies, having had a bad experience years ago. For the companies that actually showed up, I was initially very turned off. One company wouldn't meet with me unless my husband would be present for the initial meeting. Several others just walked around, didn't take any measurements, didn't check any detail and gave me a "rough" estimate (which ranged $60K). I then met with Mark Tracy. He came to my door with his computer/printer/ measuring tape etc. and was with me for two hours. He's a very nice, professional yet friendly and down to earth guy. He left my house having given me a drawing of what the addition would look like, and exact quote which would only change if we requested something additional and signed for it. Then, he sealed the deal by saying "oh, by the way, our owner will give 10% of our profits to the charity of your choice."
Our assigned contractor, Bob, was accessible during the whole project, to answer questions, let us know when someone was coming, and to interact with all the subcontractors directly.
Our addition is complete, and we are thrilled with the results. Pro Builders stood true to our original quote, kept the project going as best they could despite bad weather and city permit issues.

We recently had Pro Builders come in to take a look at a big addition project on our home. OC Mendrano was their representative who came over, and he did a great job. He was very thorough, explained the overall process, talked about the different permits and tests the city would require, gave us an overall timeline, introduced the firm and its employees and culture (importantly), and drew up formal 3D designs and a made a formal bid all in the span of like 3 hours. Overall, it has been a great experience thus far with Pro builders.
