These guys are the real deal. Their professionalism is only surpassed by their friendliness. We are not a big company but to us our complete gut and remodel was a big deal. Princeton truly made us feel like we were a big company and that we were their only client. They did exactly what they said what they were going to do and in the timeframe they said they would do it in. I highly recommend.

We had two small residential construction projects--the installation of a steel door, and some chronically-leaking windows. Both were taken care of at a very reasonable cost, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team members were personable and professional. Also, when the scope of the project turned out not to require stucco repair/repainting, our final cost was reduced. Highly recommended!

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a "full bathroom remodel" that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

Princeton is awesome and one of the best general contractors in the valley. Commercial and residential, they do it all and well.
