Ben was fantastic to work with to complete the renovation of our 2 full bathrooms. Him and his team completed the demolition through final inspection on-schedule, despite unforeseen issues and our renovations taking place over the Holidays. I can't say enough good things about Ben and the Primework Construction team! They took our smelly, old, rundown garage, gutted it and turned it into a lovely bonus room for our family to enjoy. The job included new electrical, HVAC (mini-split), new tankless water heater, framing, drywall and paint, new door and window, repaired and refinished concrete floor, and they even helped with an add-on concrete pad for extra storage outside. They did it on time and budget, handling all permits and inspections, with great communications and project management throughout. Ben is lovely to work with, as was his whole team. We highly recommend Primework Construction!

The entire crew at Primework Construction is beyond professional, organized, creative, and I can not praise them enough. As an interior designer, I search high and low for quality contractors and builders and these guys are constantly exceeding expectations. Recently partnered with them a full home remodel and they were on top of everything from flooring, plumbing, walls, paint, electrical and counters (just to name a few). We love our new kitchen! Ben did a fabulous job in getting it done. They were professional, punctual, and just very nice guys. Communication was exemplary. One of them was Ben from Primework Construction who seemed like a good guy who would deliver high quality results without any nonsense. Upon meeting Ben, I knew I wanted to work with him and his team to fix my home from extensive water damage. He is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, patient persons I know. I really appreciate that he took time to listen and offered suggestions when asked. We wanted to paint our house, both to change the appearance slightly, but also for regular maintenance and protection of the wood. We picked Primework Construction for the job, and we are really glad we did. They were very helpful during all stages of the project, from the initial quote all the way down to completion. They patiently showed us color choices and made some samples on our walls for comparison. Ben personally oversaw the work and made sure all repairs and paint areas were done well. He also frequently checked in with us to make sure nothing was overlooked. We are very happy with a job well done and can warmly recommend the company.
