Long time coming on this review. We used Prime Team Builders just last month for a total roof replacement and about 100 SQFT addition to our driveway. Sam came out promptly, gave us a great quote and started the work within the week. We had multiple contractors come out for bids and we felt that Sam was the only one to really walk us through the project in detail. Prime Team completed the project within a week's time and it has been a game changer for us as we now have more parking. 10/10 recommend. We plan to use them for future home renovations.

Don't hesitate to hire Sam and his team. By far, the best contractor I've ever dealt with. I hired Sam for a first floor (full kitchen) remodel for my mom's house. Language barrier with my mom was tough to navigate but Sam's patience and communication skills are top notch! He always called or text me back right away. He constantly reassured my mom and I that he would take care of everything. From small problems we'd run into or add on changes, he definitely stuck to his word and came up with solutions for it all! Working with Sam was a breath of fresh air in the world of construction, where professionalism and responsiveness can sometimes be hard to come by. Kitchen Remodel
Sam helped us completely remodel our kitchen and had fantastic ideas that elevated both its design and functionality. Extending the countertop for additional shelving, adding a spice rack, and installing a lazy Susan in the corner were just a few of the thoughtful touches he suggested. His attention to detail and expertise made all the difference.

Bathroom Remodel
He also transformed our dated, poorly lit bathroom by replacing the 80s-style square ceramic tiles with modern, rectangular textured ones that brought the space into the 21st century. He replaced the old fluorescent lights with recessed lighting, helped me choose beautiful tub fixtures, and even added a shower niche. The bathroom now feels like a spa retreat!

Additional Projects
The scope of work Sam completed was extensive and flawless:
* Copper re-pipe for the entire house and installation of a tankless water heater.
* Installed new ceramic flooring in the kitchen, living spaces, and hallways.
* Added a white vinyl wall on top of our short, existing brick wall to increase privacy and height while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
* Installed recessed lighting throughout the house and upgraded all the light switches to dimmers for enhanced ambiance and convenience.
* Addressed a rodent issue in the attic by swiftly replacing all the insulation and ducting to restore our peace of mind.
* Installed new gutters to improve drainage around the house.
*Added epoxy to our garage

I’m very impressed with the project manager and the entire team at Prime Team Builders, Inc. My master shower valve had been acting up since 2023. Because the previous valve set did not have a make or model, the previous plummer could not figure out how to replace parts or where the problem was coming from (he suggested that it could be due to the handheld sprayer or the water pressure). Since I had already gone through two water damages, I was very much on edge and was afraid of another leak. So far, I’ve had to replace my water heater twice, replace the entire horizontal pipes in my crawl space, repair the leaky chimney, & replace the entire roof. So when the master showerhead started to leak, I did not want to take any chances. I had made several attempts to try to fix the leak coming from the showerhead, but there was no way to fix the valve set without getting into the wall (there wasn’t a closet door to access the valves). Since the wall had to be taken down in order to access the valves, the final decision was to replace the entire shower valve set & remodel the bathroom. The remodel involved removing the existing jacuzzi tub that was not useful and make closet space. Granted there was the run-around of unavailable inventory at the store, I was ultimately pleased with the final outcome. The project manager did a good job coordinating all phases of the project, from removal & demolition to permit inspections, measurements, and third party workers (i.e. window installer). I like the fact that there was a shower pan test to check for leaks and that the cement was layered twice without any workaround. Sam paid attention to tile trims & how much of a difference that made on the appearance as well as delivering on building a working relationship by trying to make his customers happy. The workers did an excellent job with the fine detail on the shower system installation and the tile work. It’s a miracle how the workers were able to tile the window sill with such perfection. Unlike numerous nails & gutters left behind on a previous roofing project at my Mom’s house, the workers for this project cleaned up the driveway area where the tiles were cut and the materials were all finally cleared. I’m impressed with the work and would definitely recommend Prime Team Builders for a remodel project.

We had put off doing our master bath remodel for years because we were nervous it wouldn't turn out as we wanted or the work would be less than great. We finally reached out to get a few quotes from Yelp and we met with Sam. We are so glad we did! He gave us a reasonable quote and work began when he said it would and finished in a timely manner.
The team that worked on our bathroom was amazing. Excellent attention to detail and competence at their craft. We are very happy with our new bathroom!!

Sam and his team at Prime Team Builders are the best! Sam was referred to me by a friend of mine who just had his roof done a few years back. Upon inspection, I also asked Sam if it was possible to remove our old tank water heater for a new tankless water heater and to install a new pantry where the old water heater once was.
Sam quickly gave me a quote and we proceeded. His team was very professional, arrived on time, performed quality work, and even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.
Sam was on top of it all. Excellent communication every day on what was to be done, and how long each phase would take. When problems did occur, Sam was quick to let us know and did not "force" anything on us, allowing us time to make our decision. The project took longer than expected due to the previous poor construction of our existing roof, but Sam took care of it all and did it correctly with the proper city permits and inspection.
Superior communication, service, reliability, and trust is what you will experience with Sam and Prime Team Builders.

I hesitated on having both of my bathrooms being remodeled due to the difficulties of finding a good trustworthy general contractor.
By chance I discovered Sam at Prime Team Builders and I'm glad I did not settle.
With Sam, I was always informed of what was on schedule, who I would be working with, and how long the process would take.
I had given Sam a tight deadline for two bathroom remodels during the November/December holiday and he not only met the deadline, he got it done a couple of days early.
He really took the fear of working with a GC out of the equation. Now I'm recommending to any who asks about remodels to speak with Sam at Prime Team Builders. Sam and his crew are very professional, reliable, and courteous. Highly recommend them, can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the entire process.
