I got in touch with Prime Estates thanks to a friend's recommendation based on her own good experience with them. We have only just started working together but I feel that the very least I can do is to say thank you here on a public forum. It is a rare and precious thing for an overseas client to travel home so absolutely confident that he is in good hands. Hands that care. Doina has been patient, efficient, professional and honestly more helpful than might be expected (I had set travel dates and she managed to get what would normally be 2 week's work done in 4 days proving that Prime Estates is well connected and respected in the Notary and Banking spheres also). Furthermore she and her team managed to do all this in an easy gentle manner which made and is making dealing with them a real pleasure.

My girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment about 1 year ago and decided to contact a few real estate agencies in Bucharest. Prime estate agency was amongst them the most responsive and efficient. We were in contact with Doina which in a matter of days already had multiple options for us and found just the perfect place for us and we decided to sign with them. During our year long contract we have been in contact with Catalin from the same agency which was of great help and support and always available and responsive. Not only did we both love the apartment we were staying but we have been amazed by the quality of the service throughout this whole year. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely contact them again were we to come back to Bucharest.

I have been working with Elena since last Christmas. From our initial contact via email her professionalism shone through. Working with Doina was more than I had ever experienced or even imagined possible from a collaboration with a real-estate agent. It felt like I had not an agent, but a lifelong friend fighting for me to get the best deal possible. We were in constant contact and had almost daily interactions to solve the little requirements for my fairly complex scenario that included gathering complex documentation for a bank mortgage, managing relationships and keeping multiple stakeholders happy and patient and overall and constant consulting on the best approach for the situation. Even as the chances of finalizing the transaction were very slim to begin with (due to the bank's policies), Doina had been with me for every step of the journey and gave 110% to make sure that we maximize our chances. I wish that all real estate agents would show the same care, compassion and dedication for their customers. Would definitely recommend Doina and Prime to any buyer or seller in the real-estate market.
