Great experience renting from Preston Management. They were very friendly and helpful to my family. Karrie is very professional and caring, she even came to the house on the first day and explained how to reach maintenance, help me with the walk through inventory form, etc. Having recently moved to the United States, we really needed and appreciated the assistance. I’ve never seen a more caring landlord. Preston Management is the best. We appreciate the time and respect they gave our family.

We have lived in our Irving apartment for about 9 months now and in that time, Preston Management has efficiently and effectively responded to all our maintenance requests. As an example, our A/C capacitor went out in the middle of September when it was still in the 80's and 90's and Preston Management had service personnel in the next day to fix the problem. Preston Management has done a great job attracting neighbors that are enjoyable to live near and we look forward to renewing our lease!

We were extremely happy with Preston Management - especially with Karrie.
Karrie went above and beyond when it came time to sign our lease. We moved
to Texas from the East Coast and was on a tight deadline to catch a flight
back. Karrie met with us at midnight to sign the lease so we could return
back to NH knowing that we had a place down here in Texas. Accounting was
also super helpful when we set-up electronic payments on the portal or
needed a statement. I highly recommend Preston Management.

I will shout it from the roof tops KARRIE BAYSINGER IS AMAZING!!!! She was so kind and patient with me as I was new to the process, but she walked me through and answered any questions I had without me feeling silly for asking.
