You will never find a company’s ownership more committed to superior customer service. More importantly, Premier Commercial Painting backs it up with the application of some of the finest paint products on the market and consistently demonstrates an attention to detail and level of workmanship you rarely see anymore. Mark & his team were hired by our Port Oceano/Seabridge HOA to inspect, replace/repair/paint external wooden structures of our residences early 2024. We are grateful for the extra work his team put in to take care of us. I especially appreciated the touch bases & phone calls from Abel, he was great at communicating details/timeline so that expectations were very clear on the work needed. Let's just say that Premier Commercial Painting is awesome! They were hired by our HOA to paint exterior trim and doors, and were highly organized, professional and responsive. I was concerned because my wood doors have taken quite a beating due to sun/weather damage. I spoke with Mark, the owner, and he assured me that they would do the best job they could to fix the issues and have my doors looking good. I am extremely picky (as a designer it is part of my DNA to notice everything) and I admittedly had some issues with the first go round of painting, but Mark was amazing and listened to my concerns and made sure that the work would be fixed to his very high standards. Top notch professionalism. Very happy with my doors and the service from Mark and his painters!!

As a Board Member of the Braemar Garden HOA we selected Premier Painting as the contractor of choice to paint our 38 duplexes. They gave a competitive proposal and were very accommodating to provide color samples to assist the decision process.
Premier laid out a schedule and prepared notifications so homeowners would know what and when to expect and how to prepare. They chose to do one building per week to minimize interruption to homeowners and not look like our community is under siege..
The crews have worked in a professional manner and homeowners have been very pleased and complimentary of the quality of workmanship.
