My wife and I hired Preferred for our basement remodel project. Price was very reasonable for the work being done as we had bedroom with egress, bathroom, and living room added to the basement. Jason wasn’t pushy and answered all the questions we had which wasn’t the same experience from the other quotes we received.

Once the project started Jason and his team were awesome to work with. He was very communicative on what was happening and when which made the entire process run smoothly. Even with the small issue we did have (not Preferred’s fault) Jason was quick to step in and fix the issue.

Jason did a beautiful job replacing our original patio sliding door. He honored the original quote, even though I had put off the job by about 7 months. They were prompt, very friendly, in and out in a few hours and they cleaned up so well that the only way you could tell they were here was by the beautiful new door that looks so much better than the original.
