We recently hired Precision Home Builders to build a large cantilevered deck in our backyard. We couldn't be happier with the results! The deck looks beautiful, more than I could have ever imagined.

Ivan and his crew are professional, pay attention to the details, and are very efficient. I was surprised how quickly and effortlessly the project was completed. Precision Home Builders really cares about providing quality service. The crew is passionate about their work, and it shows.

And Ivan is still going the extra mile. He came by a few weeks ago to address a minor issue, and while he was here, he noticed that the new railing was developing some surface rust (I hadn't even noticed it). The next thing I know, Ivan sent the railing company to come and remove the rust and repaint the spot. I was so surprised. (Keep in mind that the project had been completed months ago).
I was so pleased to see that he still stands behind his work and really cares even when the official project period ends.

We will be using Ivan and his crew for all future home renovations without a doubt. I can't recommend them enough.

We contacted with Precision Home Builders for a kitchen remodel involving several walls being taken down. The results were transformative to our house and we couldn’t be happier. We worked with Ivan from the start to draw our plans up and get appropriate building license from the city. Ivan was key here and surprised me by how prompt he was to responding to any questions I sent his direction. Once the approvals were in Ivan and his crew were promptly to work. As this was our first renovation, Ivan was more than happy to walk me step by step through the process and give me clear directions on what and when he needed certain decisions/purchases to be made. With Ivan’s project management skills our kitchen was remodeled quickly and at what we think is a great price. Finally, if you work with Ivan you will soon notice that he is meticulous about the quality of work that he or his crew delivers and doesn’t mind providing recommendations on what he this will be the best solutions that you will be happy with over time.

Giving 5 stars to a contractor, never thought this was possible given past experiences but Precision Home Builders deserves them and more!
When I had to hire a contractor for remodeling our kitchen (tearing down some walls, moving the kitchen from one place to another in the house...), I met with a few of them and Ivan was the most honest and convincing. His proposal was very clear, detailed, setting the expectations in terms of time and budget the best.
Then, came the aspect of work quality and he and the people he work with are extremely good. If something doesn't come up perfectly, he does not hesitate to re-do it. I am a quality engineer and tend to focus on details (too much maybe...) and everything came out beautifully.
Remodeling can be stressful but not with Precision Home Builders, whatever challenge there may be, Ivan always finds a solution.
We had decided to stay in our house during the remodeling which can be difficult but thanks to Ivan, it was fine, he made sure our living condition were always good which is quite impressive given the work that had to be done (electrical, plumbing, walls, floor...)
During our project, I couldn't find a provider for an element of the kitchen and Ivan came to the rescue, recommending the best craftsman in the area to build that part.
Towards the end, another contractor was supposed to do a small part but abandoned me at the last minute and this was preventing the completion of the project, once again, Ivan stepped up and did what needed to be done perfectly.

To sum it up, would I hire Precision Home Builders again for future work in our house? Yes, without hesitation.

This was our first house project and we cannot say how great it was to work with Ivan. We have heard horror stories from friends about remodels with different general contractors - that did not happen with Ivan!

My husband and I had an idea of the general vibe we wanted for our kitchen/living room but Ivan made it happen better than we could have imagined! He helped guide us with products and realistic choices, all while keeping in mind the style we wanted for our home.

He communicated with us daily, made sure we were completely aware of what was going on with the project and where are budget was with our remodel. He would communicate where we could save money and where we could splurge. He let us know where we would really see the difference and where it wouldn't matter as much. He kept to the timeline he gave us - he worked miracles to get the job done on time and get us out of our guest bedroom (make shift kitchen during the remodel) - he was a life saver!

We feel so lucky to have had such a great experience with our kitchen remodel - we walk down to our kitchen every day and can not believe it is our house - Ivan was amazing and we will definitely ask him to do more work on our house!

We recently used Precision Home Builders for a house extension and were very pleased with the finished product. We had in our minds eye what we wanted, Ivan was able to duplicate it perfectly also adding some nice refinements we had not thought of. We had 6 foot added to our master bedroom, a walk in closet and wood flooring installed, this also involved a roof extension, A/C relocation and all painting, fixtures and fitting brought to match perfectly with all the existing. Ivan did a large portion of the structural work which was very professionally finished, all the contractors were punctual polite and all worked to a very high standard, the completion happened ahead of the original schedule.

Ivan took care of everything from Planing to Painting he was courteous, punctual had many great ideas that significantly added to the finished product, we are very happy with the total quality of workmanship and our finished product and would highly recommend him and use him again.

We have hired recently Precision Home Builders to remodel our deck. This contractor was recommended by our architect, and even though we had couple other bids, we are very happy we stuck with Precision Home Builders. The project pricing was very reasonable, and what is more important, it did not explode by the end with changes we have made to the plan. The builder kept work within the promised schedule. He met with us frequently, explained required steps and consulted each decision to be made if it was not clear from the plan. The employes of the Precision Builders were very highly skilled, were never a nuisance during whole project and left the site spotless cleaned. Unlike with previous projects, we have no damages to landscape, or any other pieces of property. We had hired multiple contractors on many jobs, and this was the nicest experience ever.
The completed deck is so beautiful, I will definitely hire Precision Home Builders in the future.
