I had a 30 year old HVAC system start acting up and gave Precision a call on a Monday afternoon. They were out here to look things over the next morning and gave me an estimate I found to be reasonable.
A week later they had the new unit installed and running as well as a generator and a gas log fireplace insert hooked up.
Everyone involved was professional. knowledgeable, personable and polite from start to finish.
A very straightforward and upfront company to do business with.

Fantastic company with fantastic people - can't recommend them enough.

They worked with us to reconnect gas and HVAC after a renovation that saw both removed, and they went above and beyond.

Great service from booking and sales, then the gentlemen on site (Paul and Allen) not only completed the work, but dealt with a minor emergency during their work (not their fault) in calm, professional manner when it popped up.

Prices are solid, too.

I can't imagine that it gets any better than this. Exceeded expectations in every way. Crew showed up when they said, kept me up to speed at every step, letting me know what they were doing. Polite, professional and friendly. They took a moment from time to time to engage in friendly conversation, and even tolerated letting my curious dog inspect their work. Couldn't be happier with their service and crew.

I've had 2 units installed by Precision. The service techs are professional and knowledgeable. I did have issues getting my downstairs heat pump fixed, but after speaking to Paul, it was fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend Precision for any AC or electrical needs.
