After our kitchen renovation project with Precision in 2021, we decided to work with them again on our flooring project in 2022. We were not disappointed! We had oak hardwood installed throughout most of our main floor. We are very satisfied with the results. Denise Senn was so helpful with ordering and scheduling the project. Colton, Nick, Dylan, and Bob did an outstanding job removing old flooring and installing new. We would definitely work with Precision again.

I am adding to the review that I posted earlier to comment on the final part of our project...the installation of our backsplash. My husband and I really could not be happier. The tile installed by John is even more beautiful than we imagined. John was professional but friendly and his artistry is evident in the end results. We would not hesitate to work with Precision Flooring again.

We have enjoyed working with Precision Flooring on our renovation project. Denise Senn has been quite knowledgeable and helpful. The technician who measured for our backsplash and possible future flooring project(Nick) was also very knowledgeable and answered a number of questions that I had.
We also had an opportunity to work with Ideal Surfaces for our Cambria quartz countertops. On Denise's recommendation, we visited Ideal's facility in West Bend to see a large slab of the style we were interested in. This was a key factor in helping us with our decision.
The owner, Mark, took very careful measurements and sent an exact image of what the layout would look like.
When Mark and Dominic arrived to install, we found there had been a miscommunication about which edge the counters should have. Without hesitation, they took them back to the shop, corrected the situation, and returned the very next day to do the install. We were impressed by the professionalism, and we absolutely LOVE our new contertops!

Denise was extremely helpful assisting me to select bathroom floor tile and kitchen backsplash tile. Ellery and Lance did a fantastic job on the installation. Efficient and clean!

Denise helped us choose our flooring from the vast selection of choices. Installation was fast and the team went above and beyond. We chose to remove hardwood flooring from our living room so that this new vinyl plank flooring would match throughout of main level. The installation team repurposed those boards into our bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The picture provided is of our new vinyl plank flooring. Looks just like hardwood!

The Sales Team was good. The quality of our Backsplash Tiles are top notch. The quality of the installation was exceptional. I would've given 5 stars but, the Installers kept going out to smoke cigarettes every half hour to an hour. This caused the job to take much longer than estimated. It also took us 2 days to air out our House and get the smell of cigarette smoke out. I would still recommend Precision. However, they should really address this issue with some of their Installers.

We’ve been having Precision do all our flooring for years, we had an issue with lumps in a hall carpet they had installed. I showed them pictures. They wanted $350 to repair. I didn’t even pay that for the carpet. A friend gave us a number for Flooring Studio in Sheboygan. They came out and didn’t even charge us, it only took 10 minute to fix. It was a very nice experience with this man. May be switching where we go for flooring.

Chris and Skylar installed our kitchen, bathroom and entry way flooring. It was a lot of floor to do in one day. But their work was AMAZING. And the floor looks beautiful. Exceeded all my expectations!
