Highly recommend Powerhouse Roofing & Exteriors! We needed a fair amount of trim and siding work done, and then the house painted. Silvano is very knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. He kept in touch with us the whole time so we always knew what was going on. His crew that did the repairs and the crew that painted were all very nice and respectful of our property....and they did a fantastic job. We had one small issue with one of the paint colors, but Silvano very quickly got that resolved without question. We will use them again for sure for any other exterior work we need done.

I had Silvano and team work with me on a warranty claim that I filed with a siding manufacturer and they were absolutely amazing. The warranty was the result of a manufacturing defect from a different contractor a few years ago that ended up going out of business. It was difficult finding a contractor willing to take up the repairs after the fact, but Silvano was willing to work with me and the manufacturer and boy am I glad I found him and his company.

I had constant updates on any schedule changes and when the crew came out they treated my house with respect. They also helped with filing the paperwork with the manufacturer and had no trouble helping me navigate the warranty process with the manufacturer. If you have any siding or roofing needs, I'd highly recommend PowerHouse as the quality of the work and service is top notch.

I was first put in touch with Silvano by State Farm to check my roof shingle class rating for my homeowners insurance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, so when I had a few roof shingles blow off after a recent windstorm, he was the first person I reached out to. He scheduled me in very quickly, already had a record of the shingle type and color, and replaced the shingles for a very reasonable price. Silvano took the time to explain how the shingles blew off and how the new version of the same shingle has a better adhesive strip that should hold up better. The repair looks great, and Silvano also cleaned out a gutter for me while he was here. Silvano is very experienced, is very friendly to talk to, and I won't hesitate to contact him for future work.
